Ontario Service Safety Alliance... good with safety, bad with product waste

A few years back, The Ontario Service Safety Alliance put out a "Health and Safety Basic Certification Training Program" out of VHS. The content of the video series isn't a problem, I knew that the stock footage from the first video would be throughout the rest of video series, but they used five tapes for a ninety-four minute program. I don't know about you, but putting the five modules on to one VHS tape, or now one DVD, would be safer on the OSSA bank accounts than five tapes.
